Terms of Service

By subscribing to IPTV Ireland ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing a subscription.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are activated within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. Subscription periods are fixed — 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, or lifetime. Subscriptions are non-transferable. One subscription is for personal, household use only.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: share your login credentials publicly; use the service for commercial redistribution without a reseller licence; attempt to bypass server security; or use the service for any illegal purpose.

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced via WhatsApp. We are not liable for temporary outages caused by third-party infrastructure or broadcast rights changes.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy. We encourage customers to use the free 6-hour trial before subscribing.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate subscriptions that violate these terms without refund.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
